Gnome3:Window Arrangements Issue,

Hello, I am using Gnome3, I have a problem with the Ways Windows get arranged on the screen when I move to the Activities corner, If I have 4 to 5 windows open, the arrangement of the windows is in a scattered manner, of different sizes, I wanted ot get them arranged in a same sizes and a row/coloumn wize arrangement, something like the compiz does, but iam not able to find the setting that i need to tweak to do it..

if you want to use gnome you should try to get some good books first before just testing risk is high to crash everything
