Well, since there are no powers that be, this is more of a proposal that I
made.  There are a few people who don't seem to like it, but I haven't heard
a lot of thoughts either way.

As I said, I'll compile a set of links on how to get the EDITING tools for
people.  Specifically I'll start with RedHat, and tell people what packages
to get.  Since Debian seems to have missed the section on "release early,
release often", I won't be doing anything Debian specific unless they
actually release a 2.2.x based set at some point.

Hmmm... :-)  It all depends on whether or not somebody volunteers.
Personally, I don't know enough of anything other than Geek, Nerd, and
English to be of much help.  I think that the best bet for doing language
translations is to contact a language-specific LDP mirror/site, and see if
you can get help from them.
